Please read these Terms of Service completely for amyprimarolo.com which is owned and operated by Amy Primarolo. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at amyprimarolo.com.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Amy Primarolo and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination

Amy Primarolo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Amy Primarolo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Shipping Policies

UK shipping costs have been included in the cost of an item. This is for 2nd class Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the items.

When a buyer wishes to return or exchange an item, they will be responsible for shipping costs. Seller will cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty or damaged.

For next day delivery, shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally.

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned without reason within 14 days of receipt, after this time, it will be based upon complaint. If after the 14 days, an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge.

Cancellation

The buyer may cancel their order up to 14 days after receiving the item without providing a reason. The item must be returned within 14 days in the same condition as when sent. A refund will be given within 14 days.

Any complaints may be sent to amyprimart@gmail.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution but will endeavour to fully investigate.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
